Carla graduated with honors from the Law program at Gabriel René Moreno University and completed a Master's in Labor Law and Social Security at the same university. She has extensive experience in labor, administrative sanctioning, and social coercive processes.
Carla has represented clients in labor and administrative proceedings, conciliation processes, and successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements in companies with over five hundred (500) employees, both in Santa Cruz and La Paz. She was part of the legal team that provided advice and executed the purchase and sale of assets for one of the largest breweries in the country. In her role as an in-house lawyer for over two years, she managed all administrative and labor-related matters.
Her expertise includes information gathering, review and analysis of compliance with socio-labor obligations, as well as the legal and financial situation of individuals and legal entities to assess investment viability. Carla contributes annually to the publications of Doing Business by the IFC of the World Bank.
