Fernando Bedoya

Acting as the lead attorney in significant national transactions, Fernando played a crucial role in notable investments, including those of the Brazilian company Votorantim Cimentos S.A., the Spanish company Cementos Molins S.A., and a major national group. This involvement focused on the implementation, financing, and commissioning of a new cement processing plant, with a total investment of $240 million.

Fernando was instrumental in the acquisition of a share package of a national bank by the Inter-American Development Bank through the Inter-American Investment Corporation.

He also played a key role in the acquisition of a Bolivian beverage company by the Chilean Compañías Cerveceras Unidas S.A.

Furthermore, Fernando participated in the acquisition of an industrial company by Peru’s Grupo Gloria, as well as the purchase of thousands of hectares of agricultural and livestock properties by international investors, totaling over $80 million.

Currently, Fernando serves as an alternate director of Banco Nacional de Bolivia S.A. and as the secretary director of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals of Santa Cruz – Youth Enterprise.
